I have been in real estate business for more than 15 years. I spearheads Property Edge’s Sentosa Luxury Homes Department, a compact team of dedicated advisers specialising in the marketing of Singapore’s first and most exclusive marina residential gated community.

I have personally brokered more than S$1-billion worth of property transactions in my illustrious career. Besides handling sales and marketing, I am also managing portfolios of properties belonging to both corporate companies and high-net worth individuals.

While many shunned away from the then-undeveloped island of Sentosa, I was among the first few to purchase a unit at The Berth by the Cove, the very first residential development in Sentosa Cove, by Ho Bee back in 2004. The rest is history.

As a resident agent of Sentosa Cove, I am able to maintain my edge and provide the most up-to-date happenings to my clients way ahead of others. Home is now a sea-fronting apartment at the recently completed development, The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove by CDL which I bought during the developer’s preview in 2006.
